Kalmia is located in Hanover County Virginia in the
Valley Oaks subdivision. This 12 acre property was purchased 4 years ago and sits in the middle of four other undeveloped
properties. Kalmia is the first property to be developed in the subdivision.
Kalmia takes it's name from the Mountain Laural which is a tree native to the area. There
are several on the property.
